At 2801 N. Thatcher, the owners found a bright, open room with floor-to-ceiling windows and geometric tile — the kind of space worth staying in. They knew exactly what it should become.
One Roof, Four Obsessions

The Gelato That Gets People Talking
Pistachio has earned its own fan club — creamy, deeply flavored, not shy about it. Monster cookie, stracciatella, and speculoos round out a rotating case that keeps guests coming back.
